Most of these drawings where done when the cannons where in relatively
good shape in 1858. To make it easy I have implemented a metric ruler
in supplement to the original in Danish-Norwegian Feet of 31,4 cm.
I have plans to add some text to the pictures later. if you need more
information on one of them, give me a note. The drawings file names
referes to actual folio of the original documents in "Gammelt
skyts" (Old ordnance) from 1858.
Right click Drawing and select save target as, to get the full size
drawing to your own computer.
Use a suitable program to scale and print them.

Pothund The Pothund
drawing is of a very old model at Tøyhusmusset in Denmark.
The model have a bore at the front of 11,5 lines or 25,07mm.

different cannontypes". The Pothund is a swedish one from
Sjøhistoriska museet bore is 15cm in front.
This type of gun was to shoot canisters of wood with small stones
or pieces of iron. The name transelates to: Port = gun port, or opening
to defend
hund = "dog" in Portugal the have the same name Câo
(dog), The dog part have nothing to do with dogs, but is the Dutch
name for conic or tapered.
